Berapa kilogram kah yang kamoo patut turunkan berat badan? Hmm rasanya ramai gak yang pause kejap sebelum bagi the figure (heh me too lar haha). So main sedap rasa jer la cakap banyak ni banyak ni.
Kadang kita just kira BMI jer lah kan... eh tapi boleh jugak.. tapi kena adjustkan la berat yg sepatutnya supaya dapat BMI yang sesuai tu... then barulah tahu berat ideal kita tu
